UpBeet Pudding

I love this recipe. We get so many compliments on it! It has served a use in so many different classes that I thought it was my time to share it with you all !




UpBeet Pudding


Ingredients:

  • 4 Ripe Avocados

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cacao Powder

  • 1/3 cup Milk ( I use Almond Milk unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into the food processor and blend on high until the ingredients have broken down.

  2. Give the pudding a stir in the mixer and then continue to blend until very creamy.

  3. Taste to your personal preference


Notes:

  • You can substitute and add based on your wants and needs. Here are my suggestions with flavors and ideas:

    • Replace some of the avocado with Banana to add that sweeter flavor.

    • Replace some of the avocado or Milk with greek yogurt. For thicker pudding, use full fat yogurt but for thinner, use the no fat.

    • Maple Syrup, honey, agave Syrup are all great substitutes



Don't forget to top with Dirt, Moose faces, bears or enjoy them just plain !
