4th country - Thailand

Welcome to the Beautiful world of Thailand.

This is one country that I am so excited to visit one day. I find it so interesting because it is a different way to look at food. In the western world, food is usually based on two categories, sweet and salty. However, in Thai cuisine, there are 5 different categories that are usually paired together. Things like pineapple and jalapeno or mint with red chilies. The combination is endless. Take a quick moment to get in idea from this article.

If you are familiar with idea of Thai food like i am, my thought starts at Pad Thai and is very limited past that. As much fun as Pad Thai is, I want to spend the month exploring other options.
